• screenshots (frames) captured specifically during explicit active testing sessions to serve as proof-of-engagement for the developer.

• IP addresses and risk signals where applicable.

payment and subscription data

• payments and subscriptions are handled securely through app stores and revenuecat. testpact does not store raw credit card data.

3. screen-frame capture

frames are captured solely to provide proof-of-testing to the developer. because frames are sensitive, they are subject to strict access controls. as a tester, you should avoid testing apps or navigating to screens that expose your personal or unnecessary sensitive information during an active session.

5. how data is stored and protected

6. data retention

we retain some operational records as long as necessary to maintain pact history, ensure safety, prevent fraud, handle accounting, and meet legal requirements. retention of session frames may be limited to specific periods based on our product rules. if you wish to leave the platform, you may request account deletion, subject to the resolution of any active pact obligations.
